Information we use
Enquiry forms collect your name, email, requested service and message. Invited workspace accounts contain your email and profile, assigned projects, messages, files, proposals, decisions and invoices. We record actions such as project changes and approvals for accountability.
Why we use it
We use this information to respond to enquiries, manage engagements, deliver services, maintain account access and keep payment records. Payments take place outside this website; do not send card details or banking credentials through the portal.
Who can see it
The Easorix administrator manages workspace data. Team members can access only assigned projects, tasks, files and conversations. Clients can access their assigned projects and associated financial documents. Hosting and database providers, Cloudflare and Supabase, process information to operate these services. Data may be processed outside your country.
Optional AI assistance
When enabled, project AI sends your question and a reviewed, limited snapshot of your own project status, progress, tasks and milestones to Cloudflare Workers AI after you select the sharing checkbox and Ask. It does not read files, conversations, billing or payment records. Use the normal project sections or Messages if you prefer not to use AI. Do not include passwords, payment details or sensitive information.
The administrator can also send reviewed enquiry excerpts or project snapshots to Cloudflare AI to prepare drafts. AI may be inaccurate and does not automatically create, post or approve work. Chat questions and answers are not saved by this website; request-limit counters are stored to control usage. Cloudflare processes submitted text under its own service policies. Approved project drafts or updates saved separately by the administrator become ordinary project records.
Cookies and security
The portal uses essential HTTP-only cookies to maintain your sign-in session. No advertising or analytics cookies are included in this build. We use access controls and encrypted connections, but no system can guarantee absolute security. Please use a unique password and contact us if you suspect unauthorised access.
Retention and your requests
We retain information while needed to manage enquiries, deliver services, maintain business records and meet applicable obligations. You can contact us to request access, correction or deletion. Some records may need to be retained for legitimate business or legal reasons. This website does not automatically delete business records on a fixed schedule.
Uploads and sensitive information
Please share only files relevant to your project and that you are authorised to disclose. Do not upload medical records, identity documents, passwords or other sensitive information unless a separate appropriate arrangement has been agreed. Files are not automatically scanned for malware; use caution when opening downloads.
